초록[abstracts]
[This study was conducted to provide the basic data to contribute to the improvement of the professionalism of the radiologic technician by analyzing the status of the new medical technology evaluation and the health insurance listing in the radiation field. From 2011 to 2015, the application for the new medical technology evaluation in the radiation field was analyzed as 11 cases (5.7%) in 2011, 5 cases (2.1%) in 2012, 4 cases (1.4%) in 2013, 7 cases (2.6%) in 2014 and 5 cases (1.9%) in 2015. Among the new medical technologies in radiation field, 5 are covered in health insurance and 10 are not covered. Most of the items listed in the health insurance after the evaluation of new medical technology were positron emission tomography(PET). In terms of the health insurance claims of PET examinations, the number of examinations increased from 2011 to 2014 and decreased after 2015 of F-18 FDG PET. But the number of newly enrolled F-18 NaF Bone PET, F-18 FP-CIT Brain PET, C-11 Methionine PET, Ga-68 Edotreotid(DOTA-TOC) PET examinations was found to be increasing. As the number of PET examinations using various radiopharmaceuticals increases, radiologic technician have to cultivate their expertise and skills.]
