초록[abstracts] [본 연구는 대표성 있는 전국 단위자료를 사용하여 의료보장의 공적 역할강화에 대한 동의에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있으며, 이를 통해 공적 의료보장 강화정책의 동의를 끌어낼 수 있는 정책적 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 분석을 위해 한국복지패널 8차년도 복지인식 부가자료 데이터를 활용하였으며, 만 19세 이상 성인 4,185명을 최종분석에 활용하였다. 처음 인구학적 배경과 사회경제적 지위에 따라 공적 의료보장 강화정책 동의에 차이가 있는지를 확인하기 위해 교차분석을 시행하였고, 다음으로 순서형 로지스틱 회귀분석과 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 인구학적 배경과 사회경제적 지위 그리고 복지태도가 공적 의료보장 강화정책 동의에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 인구학적 배경과 사회경제적 지위는 일부 변수만이 공적 의료보장 강화정책 동의에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤는데 일관성 있는 경향을 보이지는 않았다. 또한 전반적인 복지태도에 있어서는 친복지적 성향이지만 공적 의료보장을 강화하는 것에 동의하지 않는 경우가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 공적 의료보장 강화정책의 국민적 동의를 끌어내기 위한 정책적 과제를 제언하였다.,
The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting consent to the strengthening of the public role of health insurance policy using representative national data, To provide basic data for policy. For the analysis, welfare recognition data of the 8th year of the Korea Welfare Panel Study was used and 4,185 adults aged 19 years or older were used for final analysis. First, x² analysis was conducted to determine whether there was a difference in the consent of the strengthening public health insurance policy according to demographic background and socioeconomic status. Next, the impact of demographic background, socioeconomic status and welfare attitude on the consent of strengthening of public health insurance policy was analyzed through ordered logistic regression analysis and binary logistic regression analysis. As a result, the demographic background and socioeconomic status did not show a consistent trend although only some variables had a significant effect on the consent of strengthening public health insurance policy. Also, although the overall welfare attitude has pro-welfare oriented, it often appears that th not agree to strengthening public health insurance policy. Based on the results of the research, I suggested policy tasks to draw public consent of strengthening public health insurance policy.]
