[보건의료서비스 이용은 보건연구 분야에서 중요시 다뤄지는 분야이지만, 이용행태가 많은 요소들에 의해 영향을 받고 결정되는 복잡한 양상을 보인다. 연구목적 : 본 연구에서는 보건의료서비스 이용에 관한 이론들을 고찰하고 이의 활용상태를 분석하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 본 연구에서는 보건의료서비스 이용에 관한 연구에서 어떠한 이론들이 사용되고 있는지 범위를 고찰하다. 연구결과 : 그 결과 의료서비스 사회적, 행위적 및 경제적 이론 분야로 대분류 되었다. 세 가지 이론군 중에서 행위적 이론이 타 이론 분야에 비해 가장 활발하게 연구되고 있었으며, 그 중에서도 BMHSU, HBM 및 TPB가 가장 높은 빈도를 나타냈다. 하지만, 서로 다른 분야의 이론을 접목하여 사용하는 경우는 그다지 많지 않았으며, u-health 및 모바일 헬스 등 새로운 서비스 분야 및 의약품 이용에 대한 논문은 상대적으로 적었다. 결론 : 본 연구는 학문적인 연구뿐만 아니라 의료 서비스 이용 관련 정책적 방향에 대해서도 여러 가지 이론들을 소개함으로써 정책 결정자들이 보건의료서비스 이용의 다양한 측면을 고려하게끔 도울 수 있을 것이다.,
Study of health service utilization is important in health researches, but it is a complex behavior affected and shaped by many factors. Objective : Our aim of study is to examine the theories used in health service utilization researches and analyze the tendency of their use in research. Methods : In our study, we performed a scoping review for theories used in studies of health services utilization and classified them into different fields of study. Results : The results show that behavioral theories, especially, BMHSU, HBM, and TPB, are most rigorously studied compared sociological and economic theories. However, there were not many interdisciplinary studies using theories from different fields. Moreover, studies on medicine utilization and emerging services such as u-health and mobile health services are relatively rare and might require more careful consideration in choosing a theory. Conclusions : Policy makers as well as academic researches can focus on various aspects of health service utilization based on theories introduced in our study. In this regards, our study can give a holistic view on health service utilization based on different kinds of theories and help them in deciding or making a policy.]
