다국어 초록[Multilingual Abstract]

This paper studies about the critical review of the measurement of consciousness of bioethics among the korean nursing research-in the point of the personalism bioethics. A total of 45 studies were analyzed using descriptive statistics. 91.1% of studies used Kwon Sun-ju’s tool(2003) to measure the consciousness of bioethics. This questionnaire was composed 9 dimensions like 5 Right to life of fetus, 6 Artificial abortion, 7 Artificial insemination, 5 Prenatal diagnosis of fetus, 5 Right to life of newborn, 5 Euthanasia, 4 Organ transplantation, 5 Brain death, 7 Human biotechnology and was able to be connected the rules of personalism bioethics based on the 4 principles of the personalism bioethics like the principle of the fundamental value of physical life, the principle of freedom and responsibility, the principle of the totality, and the principle of the sociality and subsidiarity in the personalism bioethics. It is suggested that the terms between bioethics and biomedical ethics need to be used differently to distinguish the meaning.

국문 초록[abstracts]

본 연구는 인격주의 생명윤리 관점으로 본 국내학술지에 게재된 간호연구의 생명윤리의식 측정에 관한 비판적 고찰이다. 연구대상은 2018년 10월 11일 전자 데이터베이스 RISS를 통해 검색하였고 총 45편의 논문이 선정되었다. 국내학술지에 게재된 생명윤리의식 측정에 관한 간호연구를 살펴보면, 91.1%가 권선주(2003)가 개발한 생명의료윤리의식 측정도구를 사용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 도구는 9개 하위영역 즉 태아의 생명권 5문항, 인공임신중절 6문항, 인공수정 7문항, 태아진단 5문항, 신생아의 생명권 5문항, 안락사 5문항, 장기이식 4문항, 뇌사 5문항, 인간생명공학 7문항, 총 49문항으로 구성되어 있어 인격주의 생명윤리에 기초한 4가지 인격주의 생명윤리 원칙인 육체적 생명수호의 원리, 자유와 책임의 원리, 전체성의 원리 혹은 치료의 원리, 사회성과 보조성의 원리와 특수생명윤리로 제시되고 있는 인격주의 생명윤리 규칙과 연계성을 찾을 수 있다. 추후 연구에서는 생명윤리의식과 생명의료윤리의식을 구분할 필요가 있으며, 확대된 생명윤리의 영역을 고려하여 하위영역을 생명존중윤리, 생명의료윤리, 생명공학윤리 등으로 접근할 것을 제언한다.
