한국, 미국, 일본 특허청(KIPO, USPTO, JPO)에서 발표한 인공지능(AI) 국제특허기술 분류(IPC)와 Kim Ji-Hye & Kim Byung-Cho 논문에서 정의하고 있는 인공지능 국제특허기술 분류에서 정의하고 있는 분류를 재정리하였고, 본 논문에서 Control or coordinator general 기술인 G05B와, IMAGE DATA PROCESSING OR GENERATION IN GENERAL 기술인 G06T를 새롭게 추가하여 인공지능관련 특허분류를 재 정의하였고, 이들 특허에 대하여 조사 및 분석하였다. Main Group 분류에서 특허출원이 가장 많은 기술과 가장 적은 기술을 조사 분석하여 인공지능기술에 대하여 기술개발 방향성을 제시하였다.
This paper is defined in the classification of AI (Artificial Intelligence) patent technologies published in Korea (KIPO), the U.S. (USPTO) and Japan (JPO) and in the international patent classification(IPC) of AI technologies as defined in the Kim Ji-Hye and Kim Byung-cho papers. In this paper, we propose a technique called "Control or coordinator general (G05B)" and "Image data processing or Generation in general (G06T)" to redefine the patent classification related to AI. And investigate and analyze these patents. This paper examines and analyzes the technologies with the most and the least number of patent applications in the Main Group classification and presents directions for technological development for AI technologies.
