오늘날 진료와 진단을 목적으로 하는 의료서비스는 사회 및 시대의 변화에 맞춰 의료 패러다임에 변화를 가져왔다. 그 중 제대혈은 질병 예방과 대비가 가능하다는 특징에 따라 최근 10년 급성장하였다. 하지만 형성된 시장규모와 발전가능성에 비해 체계적인 고객서비스가 정립되지 않았습니다.
최근 스마트 환경을 이해에 따라 제대혈 사용자를 세그먼트 분석하여 새로운 온라인 서비스 방법에 대해 연구하고 이를 위한 효과적인 방법에 대해 연구의 필요성이 대두되고 있다.
따라서 본 연구에서는 1차적으로 문헌연구를 통해 정보디자인과 사용자경험에 대해 이론적 고찰하였다. 이를 통해 제대혈산업을 살펴봄으로서 산업의 고객세그먼트분석을 통해 퍼소나를 정의하여 인사이트를 도출하였다. 피터보빌의 사용자 경험 허니콤을 통해 사용자의 평가항목요소와 정보시각화 요소의 평가항목을 도출하였다. 또한 사용성 평가시 퍼소나를 통해 웹(web)과 앱(app)환경에서의 비교 분석을 통해 환경에 따른 만족도를 비교 연구하였다. 이를 통해 향후 제대혈산업에서 사용자경험에 대한 좀 더 효율적인 시각화 방안을 모색에 기여할 수 있을 의의를 두었다.
Today, Medical services for the purpose of treatment and diagnosis have brought forth changes to medical paradigm keeping in line with social and chronological changes. In particular, medical service related to cord blood has made a tremendous progress in recent 10 years as cord blood could be used to prevent and respond to diseases. However, compared to the market size and potentialities, customer service has not been well-established. In this regard, this research aims to understand the recent ‘smart’ environment, identify and analyze potential requirements, and provide better services. To identify the purpose of this study,
Define the user experience, visualizing information about the definition. Also, users in defining and Web (web) and proposed (app) Environment, persona information component conducted a survey to verify the competence and experience what. According to the environment, corporate and persona can check satisfaction of the factors different experience.
The results of this research are expected to serve as valuable reference to promote diversification of the future medical industry and offer enhanced services to customers.
