다국어 초록[Multilingual Abstract]
The purpose of this paper is to empirically analyze the key factors that influence the adoption of mHealth and the priority of these key factors. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a structured technique for Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis that was developed by Saaty. This study focused on General Hospitals in Korea to assess the importance and priority of determining factors affecting the adoption of mHealth. The priority was identified between the stakeholders concerned (i.e., medical practitioners, ICT experts, and solution providers), and then the differences were comparatively analyzed. As a result, this study provided objective criteria in internal decision making for the review of mHealth adoption when it comes to a medical institution, while serving as the theoretical basis for devising marketing strategies by the ICT type introduced by a medical institution or its working-level department when it comes to a provider of an mHealth technology solution. As such, this study offers reference data useful for the directions of future research.
국문 초록[abstracts]
본 연구의 목적은 mHealth 도입시에 영향을 주는 요인과 우선순위에 대하여 실증적으로 분석하는 것이다. 솔루션 공급업체와 의료기관과의 도입 요인들에 대한 우선순위에 대한 주관적인 평가치를 분석하는 것과 집단간 우선 순위의 차이점을 분석하는 것을 포함 한다. 국내의 종합병원을 대상으로 mHealth 도입과 관련된 요인들의 중요도와 우선순위를 다중의사결정(Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis)방법 중의 한 방법인 Saaty의 계층분석적 의사결정( Analytics Hierarchy Process: AHP)기법을 사용하여 연구를 진행하였다. mHealth의 중요한 관련자인 의료기관의 의료진과 ICT전문가 그리고 솔루션 공급자의 mHealth 도입 요인에 대한 우선순위를 확인하고, 각 그룹간의 차이점을 비교 분석하였다. 이는 의료기관에서 새로운 솔루션 도입을 검토 시 객관적인 기준을 제공하고, 솔루션공급자 입장에서는 의사 결정 관계자별 혹은 의료기관의 기술 수용 현황별로 전략 수립하는데 이론적 근거를 제공하였으며, 향후 연구자들이 해당 분야를 연구하는데 유용한 참고자료를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
