초록[abstracts]
[본 연구는 연구 윤리의 윤리학적 접근에 대한 고찰과 연구 윤리 확산 방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 다양한 학문 기관에서 연구 윤리 규정을 만들고 있는 시점에 연구 윤리의 바탕이 되는 윤리학 이론과 원칙을 다루는 일은 매우 중요하다. 윤리학적 배경이론으로는 칸트의 의무론, 공리주의, 아리스토텔레스의 덕윤리 이론을 제시하였다. 규범 윤리학이론이 연구 윤리에 적용되는 한 사례를 제시하고 앞의 세 가지 이론적 관점에의 해석을 제시하였다. 연구 윤리 원칙들의 정당화, 역할, 적용을 탐구하였고, 또한 연구윤리의 원칙들과 윤리이론과의 관련성을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 연구 윤리 확산 방안으로 연구 윤리의 제도화와 교육을 제시하였으며, 확산의 어려움으로 연구 공동체의 강한 집단 응집력으로 인한 제도화의 어려움, 타율적·외재적 동기화의 위험, 연구 윤리 전문가의 부족, 그리고 연구 윤리의 배경이론이 되는 윤리학 이론에 대한 경시풍조를 지적하였다.
The purpose of this study was to inquire ethical theory based on research ethics and to present the way for the dissemination of research ethics. It is very important to inquire ethical theory and principles at the time that various academic institutions including universities have tried to make the code of research ethics. In this study, Kant's deontology, utilitarianism, and Aristotle's virtue ethics were presented as normative ethical theories. A case related to research ethics was used to see the applicability of normative ethics on the research ethics and interpreted in terms of the above three theories. The researcher inquired justification, roles, and application of the principles on research ethics and presented the relationship between the principles and normative ethical theories. Finally, as the way to disseminate the research ethics, institutionalization and education on the research ethics were suggested. The researcher pointed out the problems of dissemination on research ethics: group solidarity based on collectivism, the danger of external motivation by codes, rules, and law, the shortage of the professional research ethicist, and the negligence of ethical theories.]
