초록[abstracts]

[의료기술은 19세기까지의 경험적 기술에서 20세기를 거치는 동안의 자연과학기술과 더불어 발전하였다. 20세기 말에서 21세기로 진입하면서, 유전자재조합기술이 개발되고 그 산물인 인슐린, 성장호르몬, 표적항암단백질치료제 및 유전자치료제 등에 이르기까지 임상현장에서 활용되기 시작하였다. 특히 인간유전체프로젝트 이후, 질병과 생물학적 특성을 결정하는 유전 변이를 분석하는 개인유전체분석의 비약적 발전하였고, 유전변이와 유전학 지식이 진단과 치료에 직접적으로 활용되어 개인별 정밀의학이 구현되고 있다. 유전자 관련 기술의 발전으로 보건의료 뿐 아니라 사회적으로도 큰 변혁기를 맞고 있다. 개체의 특성을 결정하는 유전변이를 정교하게 수정하는 유전자편집기술의 급속한 확산은 여러 질병을 극복하는 데 도움이 것이다.ﾠ그렇지만, 변이의 다양성을 직접적으로 조작함으로 인해 생기는 인류 종과 생태계 종 균형의 변화가 어떠할 지는 생각해 볼 문제이다.

Medical technology has developed with the natural science during the 20th century through empirical medicine until the 19th century. By the end of the 20th century and into the 21st century, genomic recombination technology was developed and used in clinical fields ranging from insulin, growth hormone, targeting anticancer protein therapeutics and gene therapy. Since the human genome project, there has been a breakthrough in the analysis of individual genomes that analyze genetic variants that determine disease and biological characteristics, and individual precision medicine is being implemented that directly uses genetic variation and genetic knowledge to diagnose and treat. As a result of these gene-related technologies, not only health care, but also health, medical and social changes are taking place. Gene editing technology that precisely corrects the genetic variation is rapidly spreading. This technology will overcome many diseases. However, it is a question of what changes in the balance of human species and ecosystem species arise from direct manipulation of variability.]
