초록 (Abstract)
- Purpose: The purposes of the study were 1) to identify the level of decisional conflict, decision regret and psychological stress regarding decision making about life-sustaining treatment 2) to identify the factors influencing decisional conflict and 3) to determine the influence of decisional conflict on decision regret and psychological stress in families of patients with terminal cancer. Methods: A descriptive correlation study was conducted with 102 families of patients with terminal cancer admitted to palliative care unit at a university hospital in Korea from May 2014 to January 2016. Questionnaires were used to measure demographic characteristics and level of decisional conflict, decision regret, and psychological stress. Data analyses were performed with descriptive statistics, spearman correlation coefficients, and hierarchical regression.
