초록 (Abstract)
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify Life-Sustaining Treatment’s Choices and related factors among general hospital nurses. Data were collected from June 16 to June 29, 2015. Participants were 270 nurses of five general hospitals in D city. Methods: Data were analyzed with using the SPSS18.0 program, descriptive statistic method, paired t-test, one-way ANOVA. Results: Significant differences were found in level of Life-Sustaining Treatment’s Choices for nurses to themselves and to their families except pain control. Nurses agree to receive Life-Sustaining Treatment more to their families than to nurses themselves. Related factors of Special Life-Sustaining Treatment’s Choices for nurses themselves and their families according to general characteristics were age ,education, religion and marital status. Conclusion: It is suggested that related factors of Life-Sustaining Treatment’s Choices need to be considered in educational program for nurses.
