국문 초록[abstracts] 

간호학생이 병원감염관리 표준주의 지침에 대한 인지도와 수행도를 파악하고자 하는 서술적 조사연구이다. 임상 실습의 경험이 있는 간호학생 132명을 대상으로 하였으며, 연구 결과 임상실습 중 혈액 및 체액 등에 접촉된 경험이 있는 대상자는 61명 (46.2%)이었고, 표준주의 인지도의 평균은 4.57점이며, 인지도가 높은 영역은 '개인 보호구착용’, ‘안전한주사행위’ 등이었으며, 낮은 영역은 ‘환경관리’ , ‘직원안전’ 등으로 나타났다. 수행도의 평균은 4.32점이었으며, 수행도가 높은 영역은 ‘손위생’, ‘직원안전’ 이었으며, 낮은 영역은 ‘안전한 주사행위’ , ‘호흡기 에티켓’ 등이었다. 간호학생이 감염 예방과 관리를 수행하도록 학교와 임상에서 감염관리 표준지침에 대한 교육을 강화해야 함이 필요할 것이다.

다국어 초록[Multilingual Abstract] 

The purpose of this study was to examine awareness and performance about standard precautions for infection control among some nursing students. The subjects were 132 some nursing students that have experienced clinical practice. During the clinical exercise, 6lpeople (46.2%) had contact with blood and body fluids. A result of examining the awareness of standard precautions for infection control was to average 4.57. The areas of high awareness are personal protective wear, safe injection; areas of low awareness are environmental control, employee safety. the performance of standard precautions for infection control was to average 4.32. The areas of high performance are hand hygiene, employee safety; areas of low awareness are safe injection, respiratory etiquette. It will be necessary to strengthen education on standard precautions for infection control in schools and clinical fields to ensure that nursing students perform infection prevention and care.
