초록[abstracts]
[최근 인구 고령화와 기대수명의 증가, 생활습관 악화 등으로 인해 만성질환 유병률과 여러 개의 만성질환을 보유한 복합 만성질환 유병률이 급증하고 있다. 이러한 분위기 속에 지속적인 건강 상태를 모니터링하고 병의원, 지역 보건 기관들과 연계를 통해 보다 효율적으로 건강 상태를 모니터링하고 관리하기 위한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트 헬스케어존을 활용한 개인건강정보 시스템을 설계, 구현한다. 제안한 시스템은 사용자 웹, 모바일 앱, 스마트 헬스케어 존, 내부 업무 시스템 등으로 구성되며, 이를 기반으로 개인의 건강 정보 모니터링 및 지속적인 관리 체계를 수립한다. 제안한 시스템은 향후 적극적인 건강관리 및 모니터링 도구로써 혁신적인 역할을 할 것으로 기대한다.
The prevalence of complex chronic disease containing multiple symptoms has been skyrocketed due to population aging, increase life expectancy, and bad habits on lifestyle. However, there is a lack of research to develop a system to properly monitor and continuously manage the health information through the collaboration with local hospitals and public health centers. It led this work to design a personal health information system using smart health care zone. The proposed system consists of web of users, mobile App, smart health care zone, and internal business system. Based on the integrated system, it is possible to monitor and continuous manage the individual health information. It is certain that the newly developed integrated system will play an innovative role for active monitoring tool for health information.]
