여성 윤리 주체의 자기 체현 기술 – 자기 배려주체와 성담론을 중심으로 –

초록[abstracts]
[본 논문은 푸코의 윤리에 대한 여성주의 진영의 비판을 고찰하고 여성주의 진영과 푸코 연구가들 사이에 대립하는 논점이 무엇인지를 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 푸코의 성의 역사 2권: 쾌락의 활용과 성의 역사 3권: 자기 배려에 등장하는 여성에 대한 논의를 중심으로 재분석하여 푸코의 텍스트 내에서서술되고 있는 여성의 문제를 조명한다. 또 본 논문은 푸코의 윤리에 등장하는주요 개념인 ‘자제력’과 ‘절제의 덕’에 관한 분석을 아리스토텔레스의 이론을 기반으로 분석하여 푸코 윤리에서 ‘여성 윤리 주체’의 존립이 가능한 근거를 밝힌다. 이를 통해 푸코의 윤리에서 발견할 수 있는 여성 주체에 관한 논점들을 종합하여 푸코의 논의에 등장하는 여성을 ‘여성 윤리 주체’라고 명명할 수 있음을보이고 그에 대한 근거를 제시한다. 또 이로부터 이 논문은 ‘절제의 덕’이 아닌‘자제력’을 실천하는 여성이 윤리적 근본 힘을 갖춘 ‘자기 배려 주체’임을 해명한다. 결과적으로 이 논의는 푸코의 윤리에서 여성이 자기를 연마하고 자기 삶을구성할 수 있다는 점에서 자기 체현의 기술을 갖춘 ‘여성 윤리 주체’이자 삶의주체라는 점을 논구할 것이다.
The purpose of this paper is to examine the criticism of feminist camp against Foucault 's ethics and to identify the controversial issues between feminist camp and Foucault researchers. To this end, I analyze Foucault's text, History of sexuality Ⅱ: the Use of pleasure and the History of sexuality Ⅲ: Care of the self, as a center of the discussion about women. I also highlight the problem of women being described in the text of Foucault. Also, this paper analyzes the central concepts of 'self-control' and 'virtue of moderation' which appear in Foucault's ethics. At this time, this paper analyzes this problem based on Aristotle's theory. And then, this paper discusses the possibility of the existence of 'woman ethics subject'. In this context, I argue that I can summarize the points of Foucault 's ethics, and from this, I can realize that the women who appear in Foucault' s argument can be regarded as 'the subject of woman ethics'. From this, I argued that this woman was not a virtue of moderation but a self - care subject with the fundamental ethical power to practice self - control. And at this time, women were the subjects of 'ethics' and ‘lives’ that can cultivate themselves and organize their lifespan. ]
