다국어 초록[Multilingual Abstract] Moral education can be defined as intentional educational intervention aimed at cultivating moral agent. Especially, as agent of moral education, agents have the ontological meaning as the realizers of the purpose of moral education. The purpose of this study is to present the conditions of moral agents required in moral education as first-person perspective’s self-experience and autonomy and to reveal limitations of understanding moral agents in neuroscience, focusing on purpose of moral education, moral intuition and moral reflection. And as a complement to these limitations, we will present the minimal self and narrative self composed from the first-person perspective. This argument can be found in the fact that it shows the process of moral education review of neuroscience and investigation of the condition of moral agent which can not be reduced to neuroscientific explanations.
국문 초록[abstracts] 도덕교육은 행위자의 도덕성 함양을 목적으로 하는 의도적인 교육적 개입으로 정의될 수 있다. 특히 도덕교육의 대상자로서 행위자는 도덕교육이 지향하는 목적의 실현자로 그 존재론적 의미를 갖는다. 본 논문은 도덕교육에서 요구하는 도덕적 행위자의 조건을 일인칭적 자기 경험과 자율성으로 제시하고 도덕교육의 목적, 도덕적 직관화, 도덕적 성찰을 중심으로 신경과학에서의 도덕적 행위자에 대한 이해가 갖는 한계를 드러낼 것이다. 그리고 이러한 한계의 보완으로 일인칭적 관점을 통해 구성된 최소 자아와 서사 자아를 제시할 것이다. 이러한 논의는 신경과학적 설명으로 환원되지 않는 도덕교육이 가능한 도덕적 행위자의 조건에 대한 탐구와 함께 신경과학에 대한 도덕교육적 검토의 과정을 보여준다는 점에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.
