초록[abstracts]
[본 논문은 현대의 다원주의 사회에서 청소년들이 날로 다양해지는 섹슈얼리티(Sexuality)의 출현에 대해 어떤 도덕적 관점을 가지는 것이 바람직한 지에 대해 논의해 본다. 이를 위해서 본 논문은 우선적으로 자율성중심의 자유주의 성윤리를 살펴본다. 자율성중심의 성윤리는 성적 자기결정권을 소중하게 생각하는 오늘날의 현실에 적합한 성도덕이다. 그런데, 자율성중심의 성윤리는 그 적용대상이 성인이라는 점에서 청소년을 대상으로 하는 성윤리교육에 적합하지 않다. 하지만 자율성중심의 성윤리의 강점, 즉 자발적 동의가 지니는 도덕적 함의가 크다. 이에 본 논문은 자율성중심의 성윤리의 도덕적 가치를 충분히 살리기 위해서 관계의 윤리인 `아리스토텔레스의 덕 윤리`를 토대로 하여 새로운 성윤리를 모색한다. 아리스토텔레스의 덕 윤리에 토대를 둔 `관계성에 입각한 행위자중심의 성윤리`는 성적 활동에 참여하는 행위자들이 그 특수한 관계성에 입각하여 어떻게 하면 자신의 성적 욕망과 자율성, 그리고 타인의 성적 욕망과 자율성을 존중하면서 성적 즐거움을 추구할 수 있는지를 덕 윤리의 관점에서 말한다. 마지막으로 본 논문은 `관계성에 입각한 행위자중심의 성윤리`가 성윤리교육에 적용될 수 있는 가능성을 살펴본다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 `관계성에 입각한 행위자중심의 성윤리`는 자율성중심의 성윤리가 지니는 한계점을 극복하며, 성의 이해와 성윤리에 대한 올바른 이해를 가능하게 함으로써 청소년을 대상으로 하는 성윤리교육에 도덕교육적 가치가 있을 것으로 기대한다.
The purpose of this study was to discuss moral perspectives from adolescent should approach increasingly diverse types of sexuality in this modern society that is characterized by pluralism. For this purpose, the study first examined autonomy-oriented sexual ethics that is liberalistic. The sexual ethics of that kind is sexual morals that comply with the current times when sexual self-determination is considered important. But it is not appropriate for the sexual ethics education of adolescents because it is just applicable to adults. Nevertheless, the very strong point of autonomy-oriented sexual ethics, that is, informed consent has lots of moral implications. In order to validate the moral value of autonomy-oriented sexual ethics enough, this study tried to provide another sexual ethics based on a part of relationship ethics, that is, Aristotle`s ethics of virtue. Thus, this study applied Aristotle`s ethics of virtue to sexual ethics, and set up so-called relationship-based actor-centered sexual ethics that provide participants of sexual activities from the perspective of virtue ethics how they can pursue sexual pleasure while respecting the sexual desires and autonomy of their and others` own. Finally, the study examined whether it`s possible to apply such actor-centered sexual ethics in educating adolescents about sexual ethics. The relationship-based actor-centered sexual ethics offered by this study is expected to be valuable as part of moral education in sexual ethics education for young people because it allows overcoming the limitations of autonomy-oriented sexual ethics and making better understood both sex and sexual ethics.]
